Welcome to the Lyndhurst Park Hotel. Situated within The New Forest National Park with delightful landscaped gardens and 90,000 acres of beautiful English countryside on our doorstep, the ideal location for that perfect wedding picture.

However large the guest list, 4 - 300, we have the team to cater for your every need and the quality of service essential to make your special day the most memorable of your life.

The following pages will help you with your choice of menu. Our experienced sales team will be happy to assist with seating arrangements, floral decorations, wedding cakes, photographers and any other requirements you may have.

The Menu's are only a sample not only for content but also for price to give you a guideline. Exact details must be confirmed with the Hotel direct.

• Red carpet on arrival
• Glass of sherry/Pimms/Bucks Fizz or wine with soft drinks for the children on arrival
• One glass of red or white wine during the meal

Why not have your Civil Wedding at The Lyndhurst Park Hotel and receive the 'RED CARPET TREATMENT'. We are proud to announce that we are licenced to hold Civil Wedding Ceremonies. Our experienced staff will ensure your special day goes smoothly from arrival to departure.

Room Hire - £250.00 (Exclusive of fee payable to the Registrar)

• Provisional reservations will be held for 7 days. Bookings not confirmed will be automatically released.
• A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a letter of confirmation together with a deposit of £800.00. This deposit is non-refundable unless the confirmed date is re-let to another client for equal monetary value.
• Final pre-payment must be received within four weeks of the date of the wedding.
• Any extra charges incurred on the date must be settled on departure. We reserve the right that a credit charge of 2.5% per month will be added to overdue accounts.
• We strongly advise a cancellation insurance in the unlikely event of any unforeseen circumstance as all payments, once received, are non-transferable and only refundable subject to condition number 2.
