All Special Interest Breaks have limited availability and have to be fully pre-paid. Please telephone our FREEPHONE number - 0808 144 9494 Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm to book your Special Interest Break.

Our Special Interest Breaks are priced per person on two people sharing a twin or double room, dinner, bed and breakfast, inclusive of the break subject or activity during the stay. Single rooms, no supplement. A double or twin for single occupancy, £20 supplement a night. Subject to availability. Why not upgrade your accommodation to a 'Premier Room' - from just £10 per person per night.

N.B. Children under 14 yrs are charged at 50% of adult price when sharing with two adults.

As Special Interest Breaks have to be fully prepaid we strongly recommend you to purchase travel insurance which is obtainable from Forestdale Hotels on our FREEPHONE number below.

Reservations can only be made to the address/telephone number supplied on this page and NOT to the individual hotels.

1. Because space is limited and expert tuition pre-booked, bookings must be pre-paid at the time of the reservation.
2. The prices are based on two people sharing a twin or double room, dinner bed and breakfast. Twin/double for single occupancy £20 supplement per person per night. Single rooms, no supplement. Premier room supplement from £10 per person per night.
3. Any extra charges incurred during your stay (e.g. drinks, newspapers, telephone calls) must be settled in full before departure.
4. Special Interest Breaks cannot be booked in conjunction with any other offer.
5. In the unlikely event of cancellation of any Breaks by Forestdale Hotels, clients will be offered a total refund.
6. All Special Interest Breaks comply with the European Directive on Travel Packages, protecting full repayment in respect of financial failure of Forestdale Hotels.
7. Cancellation terms:
(A) U.K. Up to four weeks prior to date of arrival – 50% refund; within four weeks of the arrival date – no refund.
(B) France Up to six weeks prior to date of arrival – 50% refund; within six weeks of the arrival date – no refund

8. As your Special Interest Breaks for the U.K. and France are fully prepaid, we strongly advise you to take out Travel Insurance. You’ll be pleased to know that we can arrange Travel Insurance on your behalf. Please contact us on our Freephone, 0808 144 9494
9. Special Interest Breaks to Touring Hotel, France – it is the client’s responsibility to provide valid passports, visa if applicable and car insurance.
10. In the unlikely event of not achieving a minimum of 15 rooms for each break we reserve the right to cancel, and offer either a full refund or an alternative date.
11. £15 vouchers cannot be used in payment of Special Interest Breaks
12. Children under 14yrs are charged at 50% of adult price when sharing with two adults.
13. In the event that you have to cancel your booking monies paid are non-transferable to: (a) another Special Interest Break or (b) another person.
